Data is collected through OAuth providers, extension storage, and direct interactions with the service.

Community Library & Moderation

Since prompts in the Community Library are shared publicly, please note that the extension will review content. Our moderation policy includes:

  • Review & Removal: Community prompts will be reviewed and removed if they violate our safety rules or are no longer useful after one year.
  • Security & Sharing: Users are strictly advised not to upload personal or sensitive prompts. We provide warnings if personal info (scams) is detected.
  • Liability: We are not liable for any self-disclosed information within the community library.

Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard services:

  • Authentication & Shared Content: Managed via Supabase.
  • Retention: We delete unused prompts after one year and remove inactive accounts after two months of inactivity to ensure your data is not kept longer than necessary.
  • Local Storage: Extension preferences (theme, UI customization) are stored locally on your device.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to power our extension:

No Ads / No Tracking

We are committed to a clean user experience. We do not use advertising SDKs or marketing trackers. Any analytics used (such as Chrome analytics) are strictly for improving the technical performance and functionality of the extension, such as tracking extension crashes or usage events. Users can opt out of Chrome analytics through their browser’s privacy settings.

User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access & Correction: You can view and update your account information within the extension.
  • Deletion: You can request full data deletion at any time via our contact form. Additionally, accounts are automatically deleted after two months of inactivity.

PROMPT HELIO is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the associated account.
