Third-Party Services & Merchant of Record

We use trusted third-party services to operate our SaaS platform:

Paddle: Our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, global tax collection, and billing-related customer service. When you purchase a subscription, Paddle processes your data according to their own privacy policy.
Supabase: Used for secure authentication and backend database storage.
Google OAuth: Used for secure sign-in options.

Payments and Billing

Payment processing for Pro and Max plans is handled securely by Paddle. Prompt Helio does not store full payment card details on our servers. All financial transactions are subject to Paddle’s security protocols and global compliance standards.
