Does Prompt Helio work with the free version of ChatGPTand Claude?
Yes. Prompt Helio works with both ChatGPT, Claude Free and ChatGPT, Claude Plus. You don't need a paid OpenAI or Claude subscription to use it. Install it and it works immediately.

Is Prompt Helio safe? Can it read my ChatGPT Claude conversations?
No. Prompt Helio cannot read, access, or store your ChatGPT and Claude conversations. It only reads what you explicitly save — your prompts, notes, and bookmarks. Your conversations stay between you and OpenAI and Claude. We never sell your data to third parties.

Where is my data stored?
Your prompts, notes, folders, and bookmarks are stored securely using your own storage . Free users get local storage on their device. Pro and free users get full cloud sync across on there public prompts devices. We do not store your ChatGPTand Claude conversation history — ever.

Will Prompt Helio slow down ChatGPTand Claude?
No. Prompt Helio runs inside the ChatGPT and Claude interface without touching OpenAI's servers or affecting response speed. Some heavier extensions slow ChatGPT and Claudevdown — Prompt Helio is built to be lightweight and fast.

What happens when I hit the free limits?
You'll see a clear message when you've reached the limit for that feature. Your saved data stays safe and nothing gets deleted. Limits reset every 24 hours, or you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited access.

No account needed to install and explore. Create a free account when you want to save your prompts and notes across sessions. Upgrade to Pro when you want unlimited everything and cross-device sync.
