Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Prompt Helio, including our Chrome extension, website, community features, and related services.

Prompt Helio is a productivity extension for ChatGPT and Claude that helps users save prompts, organize content, manage notes, and access community resources. By using Prompt Helio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

Prompt Helio offers different subscription tiers to meet your needs:

• Free Plan: Access to basic productivity tools and limited prompt management.
• Pro Plan: Enhanced features including advanced prompt organization and increased community access.
• Max Plan: Full access to all premium features, priority support, and unlimited workspace customization.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Prompt Helio only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or any third party. You may not misuse the extension, attempt to bypass usage limits, or interfere with the platform.

Community Content

If you choose to share content publicly, you are solely responsible for that content. By posting content publicly, you grant Prompt Helio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service.

Merchant of Record & Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who also handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

Paddle provides the secure payment gateway, handles tax collection globally, and ensures billing compliance. When you purchase a Pro or Max plan, the transaction will appear on your statement as “PADDLE.NET * PROMPT HELIO”. Payment-related terms, including refunds, are covered in our Refund & Purchase Policy.

Intellectual Property

Prompt Helio, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Prompt Helio or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create but must ensure you have the rights to post anything you share.

Third-Party Services

Prompt Helio relies on third-party services for authentication (Supabase, Google OAuth), hosting, and payments (Paddle). These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Prompt Helio is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Helio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Prompt Helio following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
