Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Prompt Helio, including our Chrome extension, website, community features, and related services.

Prompt Helio is a productivity extension for ChatGPT that helps users save prompts, organize content, manage notes, and access community resources. By using Prompt Helio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

Prompt Helio may be used with or without an account. Some features are available to guests, while full access to certain functionality requires a registered account.

To create an account, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, and authentication details. We may also allow sign-in through third-party providers such as Google.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

Use of the Service

You agree to use Prompt Helio only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, or any third party.

You may not misuse the extension, attempt to bypass usage limits, interfere with the platform, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited by law, or try to access data that is not meant for you.

Community Content

Prompt Helio may allow users to publish prompts and other content to a public community library.

If you choose to share content publicly, you are solely responsible for that content. Do not upload anything that is private, sensitive, confidential, illegal, misleading, or harmful.

We may review, moderate, restrict, remove, or feature public content where appropriate. By posting content publicly, you grant Prompt Helio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

Prohibited Content

To keep the community safe and useful, the following content is not allowed:

• sexually explicit or adult content
• personal or sensitive information
• spam, advertisements, affiliate links, or self-promotion
• scam content or deceptive material
• abusive, hateful, harassing, or threatening content
• illegal content or content intended to facilitate harm
• promotional content that is unrelated to the purpose of the community

We may update this list as the service evolves.

Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review user activity and take action when these Terms or our community standards are violated.

Depending on the severity and repetition of the issue, enforcement may include a warning, temporary suspension, feature restriction, content removal, or permanent ban.

We may also remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe is unsafe, abusive, misleading, or no longer useful to the community.

Intellectual Property

Prompt Helio, including its design, branding, software, features, and content provided by us, is owned by Prompt Helio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit. However, you are responsible for making sure you have the rights to post anything you share through the service.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our service or branding without permission, except as allowed by law or by these Terms.

Payments, Donations, and Future Paid Services

If Prompt Helio offers donations, subscriptions, premium features, or other paid services, those transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paddle.

Payment-related terms, including refunds and billing issues, are covered in our Refund & Purchase Policy. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms that apply to that payment flow.

Third-Party Services

Prompt Helio may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, and payments. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, but we work with services we believe are reasonably suitable for operating the platform.

Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Prompt Helio at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security issues. We may also limit access to certain features based on account status, usage limits, maintenance, or policy enforcement.

Account Termination

You may stop using Prompt Helio at any time. If you want your account removed, you may contact us through our support channels.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, attempted fraud, or created risk for other users or for Prompt Helio.

We may also remove inactive accounts or unnecessary data after a reasonable period of inactivity, subject to our internal practices and legal obligations.

Prompt Helio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the service, including any content created, saved, or shared by users.

Prompt Helio is a productivity tool. We are not responsible for how you use the extension, how you interpret user-generated content, or what actions you take based on prompts, notes, or community material.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prompt Helio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, service interruption, or reputational harm.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount allowed under applicable law.

Your use of Prompt Helio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
