Prompt Helio Pro is a paid subscription. Before asking for a refund, we'll try to fix the problem. If we can't, you get your money back. That's the deal.

14-day refund window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After 7 days, the subscription period is considered used and refunds are no longer available.

We fix it first

If something isn't working a feature is broken, the extension isn't loading, or Pro didn't activate correctly — reach out first. We'll try to fix the issue fast. If we can't resolve it within a reasonable time, you'll get a full refund. No argument.
This isn't a trick to delay refunds. It's because most issues are fixable, and a working extension is better than your money back

When refunds are not available

Refunds are not issued if you have used a significant portion of the billing period. If you've had access to Pro features for most of the month, the subscription is considered used.
The 14-day window exists exactly so you can try Prompthelio Pro before you're too far into a billing cycle to qualify.
