1. User Accounts

  • Account Creation: Users may access basic features without an account. To unlock full functionality and prompt saving, you must create a full account via email or available OAuth options (e.g., Google).
  • Accuracy & Security: You agree to provide accurate information (name, email) and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • Upgrading: Guest users can upgrade to a full account at any time to sync their data across devices.

2. Allowed Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the prompts you upload. The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • No Explicit Content: 18+, adult, or sexually explicit material is banned.
  • No Sensitive Data: Do not share personal identifiers or sensitive information belonging to yourself or others within prompts.
  • No Spam or Promotion: Prompts containing advertisements, affiliate links, or self-promotional spam are not allowed.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the prompts you create.
  • License: By using the extension, you grant Prompt Helio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and share your prompts within the community library if you choose to make them public.
  • Public Prompts: The extension reserves the right to use and feature prompts shared publicly by users for community engagement and improvement of the tool.

4. Enforcement Policy

We maintain a safe environment through a strike system:

  • Warnings: Initial minor violations will result in a formal warning.
  • Temporary Bans: Continued violations may lead to a 24-hour or 1-month suspension.
  • Permanent Bans: Repeated offenses or severe violations of our content policy will result in a permanent account ban.

5. Liability Disclaimer & Limitation

  • “As Is” Basis: The extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.
  • No Liability: Prompt Helio disclaims all liability for issues arising from the use of prompts or actions taken based on extension content. As a productivity tool for ChatGPT, we are not responsible for the accuracy or nature of AI-generated responses.
  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any third-party content accessed through the extension.

6. Notifications & Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When updates occur, we will notify registered users via email and extension update notes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will also be updated accordingly.
